Natural Hazelnut Kernels

Kernels Shelled hazelnuts are the kernels removed from the hard fruit shells. It is prepared as extra, 1st class and 2nd class. The smallest diameter of extra and 1st class kernels is 9 mm. Hazelnuts below this rate are called thin or pikola (6-9 mm) hazelnuts.

 

 

 

It is produced by removing the green hazelnut shells of the harvested hazelnuts and drying the hazelnuts in sunlight.
